Bibi works as a fitness instructor in a fitness studio. When she gets home one evening, she is rather exhausted. She unpacks her bag and rings a friend. She is unaware of the burglar who broke into her house and is waiting behind the door to jump her. She must lie down on the floor and gets tied up. She must give up her jewelry, but she resists. The burglar goes through the cupboards and draws, searching for her valuables. Bibi tries desperately to get free. When the burglar doesn’t find anything, he returns and Bibi has to try her own gym equipment. But in a different way! First, she must go on the running machine, with her feet chained and her hands tied to the handles. Then she must do a few exercises. She is chained to the running machine, with the burglar ever increasing the speed. He leaves her to run alone and continues to search her place. He returns after a while. Bibi is sweating and breathing heavy. He chains her feet again and keeps her running. Obviously the burglar has great pleasure torturing Bibi. He can still find nothing, so Bibi gets to know another piece of her equipment. Soon she head down and has no idea what’s going on. She manages to get free and turns the table on the thief. It turns out that the masked thief is a woman. Now the burglar must endure the same treatment than Bibi, so soon after the burglar hangs head down on the equipment. Will she get free? What’s Bibis plan?
